How I can help you

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I can help you in coping with the problems and challenges life brings, so you can reach your full potential and overcome your difficulties. I provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in calm and quiet environment or online video sessions, or a combination of both.
